Red Button is a rapid civic issue reporting platform. It features a hyper-local citizen-side mobile app for instant reporting and a command-center style dashboard for authorities to manage and resolve issues efficiently.

Unlike existing apps where complaints go into a 'black hole,' Red Button uses community-driven prioritization (upvoting/downvoting) to tell authorities exactly what needs fixing now. The system features a 'Proof of Fix' requirement, locking the resolved status until visual evidence is provided, closing the trust loop with push notifications to everyone who engaged with the ticket.
